LE MIEL DE GREG (GREG’S HONEY) : is a family business run by Grégoire and his wife Isabelle. It’s in the West of Paris , that Grégoire raises his bees with passion. Working in an artisanal way, he gets unusual honeys mixed with sweetness and character. You can order them here.
MUSHROOMS : To enhance your dishes in sauces, for your omelets, or for a simple pan with garlic and parsley. Provence Tradition rigorously selects the best wild mushrooms hand-picked in their natural environment.

- Buckwheat crepe with chanterelles, roquefort cheese, onion confit and egg + Riesling
- Tagliatelle with morels and scallops + White Côtes du Rhône

DOMAINE LOMBARD : Brézème is one of the smallest wine appellations of the northern Côtes du Rhône. Created in 1981 by Jean-Marie and Sylvette Lombard, the Domaine Lombard has become a reference of this appellation. Pauline Sapet and Jonathan Alméras, the current managers, are very concerned about respect for the environment, the area has turned towards organic farming. Their philosophy also leads them to follow biodynamic principles.
We had made a first order of the wines of Domaine Lombard last year. We fell in love with them and given how quickly they were out of stock … so did you ! We love their originality, the intensity of the tastes as well as the work ethic of this Domain. They will soon be available again. Stay connected :-)
